The Little Gym of Colonie
This attraction for younger children is actually located in the town of Loudonville, about 10 minutes’ drive from Latham. The Little Gym conducts classes for kids to develop their physical strength, coordination, balance, and teamwork by working with instructors, parents, and each other. For example, you can enroll your child in a gymnastics class, karate lesson, or music education course.
The Little Gym also hosts parties and summer camps, which are great opportunities for children to develop social skills in a safe setting. The Little Gym’s events are appropriate for kids between the ages of 4 months and 12 years.
