Sales – Works with customers to uncover their wants and needs and then provides information on vehicles that meet those needs. Internet Sales Person – Responsible for all internet leads through a variety of sources. This person responds to leads via email and telephone with the goal of setting an appointment for the customer to visit us. Computer savvy. Strong customer service skills needed. IT Technical Support Specialist – This position provides technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tools and products. More specifically, this key position is responsible for installing and configuring computer and telephone hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Experience is required. Cashier / Receptionist – Handles all incoming phone calls or walk-in customers and directs them to appropriate department or individual. Responsible for receipting all customer transactions for sales, service and parts. Must be able to multi-task and have a customer-service attitude.Click here to go back to the application.

Service Advisor – A key position that has direct customer contact. The service advisor greets customers and updates them throughout the service or maintenance process. Works with technicians, other advisors and parts personnel to complete scheduled work. Makes recommendations to customer for work and schedules future appointment. Express Service Technician – Performs oil changes, tire rotations and other services associated with express service. This is an entry level position for someone with 0-2 years of experience who wants to grow into a full auto tech position. Click here to go back to the application.

Express Service Advisor – Consults and advises customers who are using our Express Service offering. Checks customers in, advises customers on recommended maintenance and service and dispatches work to technicians. Stays in contact with customer throughout the process. Title Clerk / Biller – This is a key position responsible for the oversight of reception/cashier/biller functions. Must be proficient in billing and title clerk work. Detail / Prep – Cleaning vehicles, both customer cars and vehicles awaiting delivery. Includes washing, vacuuming, shampooing, waxing and buffing. Click here to go back to the application.

Janitor – Responsible for cleaning and overall condition of buildings. Duties include sweeping, mopping and general cleaning of offices, showroom, common areas and customer lounge. Some weekend work involved. Click here to go back to the application.

Shuttle Driver – Driving customer van after customers have dropped their vehicles for service. Picking up customers at end of day. Also, helps in moving vehicles on lot and in other delivery/transportation needs. Click here to go back to the application.

Experienced Auto Technician – Works on maintenance and service issues on vehicles. Able to diagnose and perform needed repairs. Has minimum of two years’ experience. NYS Inspector’s license needed. Parts Counterperson – Works with both internal and external customers to provide the required parts for a specific job. Internal customers include sales department and service technicians who are working on customer vehicles. Service Appointment Coordinator – This position includes assisting customers in our fast-paced service department with the top priority of setting service appointments via telephone and the internet. You are also making post-service calls and contact with our customers to confirm their experience during their visit. Customer service and computer skills are required. Inventory Photographer – This position is for someone who is passionate about cars and who knows their way around a camera and technology. You will be taking photos of our vehicles and posting them on our web site. In addition, you should be comfortable with other formats (video, etc.) for posting on social media sites. Your background and experience will include: -Comfort and familiarity with hardware and software in order to take and upload photos, -Good understanding of autos, -High level of initiative and motivation, -Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.Click here to go back to the application.
